Brandscycle, voted one of the top bike stores in the US by Bicycling Magazine, shifted from agency to agency looking for the right fit for their Google Shopping campaigns.

An Uphill Battle
Brandscycle owner Dan Sirota already had an established brick-and-mortar business that he knew could be just as if not more successful online. Without a dedicated in-house marketing team, he sought out quite a few agencies early on to help grow the new E-Commerce venture.
“In the early days of Brandscycle we used to jump from agency to agency but never found the right fit for our business,” said Dan, “and I knew we were definitely wasting precious ad spend without maximizing our potential.”
Not having the full picture when it comes to Google Shopping campaign performance can be lethal to sales and revenue. Brandscycle was in need of something more than just your run-of-the-mill marketing agency. “We were essentially flying blind,” said Dan.
A Much Needed Upgrade
Dan stumbled upon Sales & Orders a little more than a year ago. “Something about these guys really spoke to me and I knew I had found what I was looking for.”
After digging into past performance, the team at Sales & Orders came up with a solid plan to take Brandscycle to an entirely different level of performance. It first began with a restructuring of Brandscycle’s campaigns so that both bidding and reporting could be done at the ID-level.
With 50,000 products in their campaign inventory alone, the goal was to eliminate wasteful spending on ill-performing ads and establish a strategy focused on the products driving the highest returns.
“It wasn’t long before we started seeing our ROAS grow month-over-month and now we consistently see a ten times return or more,” says Dan.
With the support of the Sales & Orders team, Brandscycle was able to begin investing even more into their campaigns all while maintaining a consistent growth in revenue each month.
A Tour de Force
“It has been a phenomenal year, complete night and day compared to where we were in the beginning,” said Dan.
Since reducing wasted spending by over 82%, Brandscycle was able to increase revenues solely from Google Shopping by over 371% in just under a year.

By realigning their Google Shopping strategy with Sales & Orders, Brandscycle’s conversions grew by nearly 700% YoY and traffic to their relatively new E-Commerce website exploded by over 150%.
